What happened to the blog posts?

We recently decided to start offering email newsletters in replacement of the blog posts. The reason for this is because for blog posts to be effective, they should actually be unique content. This is because the purpose of your blog should primarily be to boost your SEO (Search Engine Optimization) so that your website will show up higher on Google search results. To boost your SEO, you’ll want to make sure your blog post has unique content and includes keywords that potential clients may be searching to find you. These are keywords like “real estate agent in Tampa” or “buying a home in Tampa”. The problem with us providing canned blog posts is that if a bunch of blog posts have that same content, this would actually have a negative effect on your SEO.We are working on providing another solution for this, but in the meantime, we recommend finding someone on Fiverr or UpWork to write monthly "SEO" blog posts for you. If you do not care about your SEO, we recommend using one of our old blog posts that remain on the site or repurposing a caption.
