Create strategic, on-brand captions with ease. Our AI-powered tool is built right into Feed post content to generate personalized captions in seconds—no overthinking required.

This feature is available for any social media feed post—including feed posts, reel templates, and reel scripts—inside both the Content Calendar and the Content Vault.

Here’s how to use it:

1. Choose Your Post

Go to either the Content Calendar or the Content Vault (filter by Content Type - Social Media) and click on the post you’d like to use.

2. Click “Generate Caption”

Under the "Instructions" section and above the "Caption" field, you’ll see a button that says Generate Caption—click it to get started.

3. Choose Your Tone

Select the tone of voice that best fits your brand: Professional, Balanced, or Friendly.

4. Enter Your Info

Fill out a few quick prompts:

  • Your name

  • Instagram handle

  • A few words to describe yourself

  • Your city & state

This helps the AI tailor your caption to sound like you.

5. Generate Your Caption

Click the button to generate your custom caption. The tool will create a strategic, personalized caption based on your inputs and the type of post you're using. You can click "Copy Caption" to paste right into your IG post!

6. Edit Anytime

Want to tweak your tone or details? Just click the settings icon inside the generated caption box to update your responses at any time.

**Step 3 & 4 will only be completed once. After setting your details, you'll just click "Generate Caption" and the generator will pull from your pre-selected tone!

This new feature was designed to help you show up consistently on Instagram with less effort—and more authenticity. Whether you're planning ahead in the Calendar or browsing ideas in the Vault, AI Captions are here to simplify your workflow.
