Accessing the Community
Log into your dashboard and click Community in the left side menu.
You'll see the original Facebook group listed — that's still available — but click on C&C Community to access the new experience.
If prompted, click Agree to proceed.
You may see a notice to allow popups in your browser. If you get stuck, check your browser settings and enable popups for the site.
You'll be prompted to create your profile — fill in all the fields to complete your setup.
Your First Steps Once You're In
Introductions — Head here first and introduce yourself to the community. There's a template pinned in the space to help guide you. It's a great way to share who you are beyond real estate, highlight your experience for referral building, and claim your goals as a new (or returning) member.
This Week in C&C — Your weekly update board. Every Monday you'll find a game plan, reminders about upcoming challenges and trainings, and a little inspiration to start your week.
Win Wall — Share your wins here! It's how we celebrate you, potentially feature you, and encourage everyone in the community.
Group Chat — Want a real-time answer or just want to connect? Drop your questions or thoughts in the group chat. You can even see who's online at the moment.
Training & Learning
Training Lounge — Browse and register for upcoming live trainings. Click into any training to add it to your calendar or leave a comment. Past trainings and their replays are also accessible here.
Get Help & Connect
Ask Anything — This is the place for open-ended community questions: CRM recommendations, tools, print companies, etc.
Request an Audit — Share your Instagram link and any specific feedback questions. Our team will record a personalized Loom video reviewing your profile and comment back to you.
Referral Network — Looking to refer a client to an agent in the community? Search the map or post your request. Please read the instructions in the space before posting to keep things organized and make the best match quickly.
