Our relationship is referral-based and not a co-branded service unless otherwise agreed upon. Any branding, copy, or visuals must reflect that distinction.
Naming
You may refer to us as:

Coffee & Contracts members
Avoid using abbreviations like “C&C” unless already familiar with our brand. Always capitalize “Coffee & Contracts” and include the ampersand (&).
Approved Language
Here’s how you can describe your offering:

✅ “Recommended vendor for Coffee & Contracts members”
✅ “Used by members of the Coffee & Contracts community”
✅ “Support for agents using Coffee & Contracts templates”
Do not imply co-ownership or partnership:

❌ “Coffee & Contracts x [Your Company]”
❌ “An official Coffee & Contracts add-on”
❌ “Powered by Coffee & Contracts”
Logo Usage
Our logo may not be used in your materials unless explicitly approved in writing.
Do not:
Alter or redesign the Coffee & Contracts logo
Place it alongside your own logo to imply co-branding
Use it in promotional content, ads, or landing pages without permission
Visual Design
Your website or landing page should:
Clearly feature your own logo and branding
Avoid visual elements that make the service look like it’s part of Coffee & Contracts
Present the offering as independent, even if designed for our members
Marketing and Promotion
Unless explicitly approved, you may not:
Include Coffee & Contracts in paid ads, campaigns, or email subject lines
Promote the offering as a collaboration or joint launch
Use our likeness, platform screenshots, or member content in marketing
You may:
Share testimonials from Coffee & Contracts members (with permission)
Mention the service in conversations with our members
Describe the service as tailored to or built for our member community
Communicating with C&C Members Directly
We don’t allow any form of high-pressure sales or unsolicited outreach. Instead, if you see someone post a question, and think they could benefit from you or your company’s expertise, here’s how to handle it:
• Reply in public on their post
• Make your reply super valuable (try to solve their problem there with advice, resources, etc.)
• If they want to talk further, let them reach out to you (they will)
This is a win-win-win: The original poster gets more value, along with any other community members reading the post. Plus, your expertise is on display, so others can reach out if they’re dealing with the same thing.
Here are some do’s and don’t’s:
✅ Do:
• Engage in the Facebook group by offering value and answering questions.
• Join threads where members are asking for help with your specific services.
• Let connections happen organically through content and conversation.
🚫 Don’t:
• Post standalone promos, intros, or self-promotion in the Facebook group.
• Send cold DMs or direct outreach on any platform to members you don’t already have a relationship with.
Promoting Your Offer & Services
We will include your name, offer, and landing page on our C&C Membership Perks: Discounts & Recs page, which will feature a handful of trusted partners across different categories.
The best opportunity to promote your services lives with your own audience who knows, likes, and trusts you. By promoting C&C and how it complements your service, you earn commissions and sign new clients in your business.
To support additional visibility within the C&C Community you can:
Share about C&C and your service in reels/stories and tag @coffeecontracts — we often repost content when tagged and relevant.
Apply to co-host a webinar/training within our member community. We’re working on a streamlined process for guest webinars and educational sessions with partners. If you’re interested, you’ll be able to submit your idea and outline through a short form.
Launch Offers
Want to offer a discount or bonus (like 50% off the first month or waived setup fee) for our members? Totally up to you, this is your biz, we’re just the connectors!
