If you’ve started using a new Canva account, and want to ensure all your templates are accessible in the new account, here’s how you can do it seamlessly:

The Issue

When you open Coffee & Contracts templates, they may automatically save to the Canva account you’re currently logged into—often your older or personal account. This can create confusion if you want all your designs in a new Canva account where your brand kit and assets are already set up.

The Solution

The easiest way to move templates to your new Canva account is to simply open them there. Here’s how:

1. Log Into Your New Canva Account

  • Start by logging out of your old Canva account.

  • Log into your new Canva account.

2. Open the Template Link

  • Return to the Coffee & Contracts page and click the template link.

  • Because you’re logged into your new Canva account, the template will open directly in this account.

3. Save the Template

  • Once you open the template in your new account, it will automatically be saved in this account.

  • You can now customize and use the template within your new account, keeping everything in one place.

Transferring Existing Designs

If you’ve already saved templates or created designs in your old account and want to transfer them to your new account:

  1. Open the design in your old Canva account.

  2. Click Share and send it to your new Canva account’s email address.

  3. Log into your new account, open the shared design, and make a copy to save it permanently.
