In Canva, you are able to copy a whole page in one project and paste it into another project so you don’t have to rewrite it or recreate it. There are two different ways to do it, one requires Canva Pro and one you can do with the free version.

Canva Pro: Transfer from Projects Tab

  1. Open your new guide: Begin by opening the guide you're currently working on.

  2. Navigate to Projects: On the left sidebar, click on Projects to access your saved Canva designs.

  3. Find the existing guide: Scroll or search to find the guide from which you want to copy pages.

  4. Open the guide in Projects: Click on the guide, and it will show you a preview of all the pages within that guide.

  5. Drag and drop: Simply drag the page you want from the existing guide into your current project. The page will be added exactly as it appears, saving you from having to recreate anything.

Canva Free: Copy and Paste

  1. Open both projects: Start by opening the existing guide and the new guide you're working on in separate tabs or windows in Canva.

  2. Select the page: In your existing guide, click on the page you want to copy from the side panel.

  3. Copy the page: Right-click on the page thumbnail in the side panel and select "Copy."

  4. Switch to the new guide: Go to the new guide, navigate to where you want to insert the page, and click on the relevant spot in the side panel.

  5. Paste the page: Right-click and select "Paste." The page from your previous guide will appear exactly as it was in your new guide, maintaining all formatting and elements.
