What is the Content Studio?

The Content Studio is a new AI tool inside your C&C dashboard, built to create content specifically for you — based on your market, your city, and your ideal client. Instead of generic scripts you have to completely rewrite, everything generated here is built around the answers you give about your business.

The first tool live in Content Studio is Reel Scripts — a generator that writes personalized 30–60 second talking-head reel scripts, complete with a hook, a full script, the strategy behind it, and a ready-to-copy caption.

More tools are coming soon, including a Case Study Script generator and Drip Campaign sequences.

What's a talking-head reel?

A talking-head reel is a video of you talking directly to the camera. No B-roll required, no fancy editing — just you sharing something valuable with your audience. These are one of the most effective reel formats for real estate agents to help people get to know you, trust you, and remember you.

If you're new to filming this style of content, check out the Reels Guide in our member community courses tab — it walks you through everything from how to film yourself confidently to how to structure reels that actually get watched.

How to use the Reel Script Generator

Step 1: Complete your Market Profile

The first time you visit Content Studio, you'll be prompted to create your profile. This is a 9-question setup that takes about 5 minutes — and it's what makes your scripts feel personal instead of generic.

💡 The more specific you are, the better your scripts will be. If you say "St. Pete families upsizing," your hooks will reference St. Pete. If you're vague, the output will be too.

  • Don't love the output? You can edit your profile anytime — and updating it will automatically generate fresh hooks for you

  • Not a fan of typing? There's a voice input option so you can talk your answers in instead.

Step 2: Review your 5 hooks

Once your profile is saved, the AI generates 5 different hook options — each with a distinct angle (a myth-bust, a market stat, a contrarian take, a story, etc.) — so you're not stuck choosing between variations of the same idea.

Each hook also includes a brief explanation of the strategy behind it, so you understand why it's designed to stop the scroll.

Not feeling any of the 5? Hit Generate New Hooks and keep going until you find one that feels right.

Step 3: Select a hook and generate your script

Click the hook you like and the AI will write out:

  • Your full script (100–140 words, conversational, designed for watch time)

  • The retention strategy behind it

  • A ready-to-use caption with an SEO-friendly first line and 2–3 hyperlocal hashtags

Step 4: Copy and record

Use the copy button to grab your caption, then head to Instagram or the Edits app to film. The scripts are written to be spoken naturally on camera — no memorization needed, just read and record.

A few things to know

  • To change or update your profile, click the Pencil icon about "My Profile" in the content studio. You can make updates to further personalize your scripts!

  • Content Studio is currently in beta — you may notice it labeled as such in your dashboard. We're actively improving it and would love your feedback.

  • There may be a brief loading time while your scripts generate. You're welcome to browse the dashboard while you wait.

  • Scripts are designed as talking-head reels, but the hooks also work great as carousel hooks or B-roll captions if you want to repurpose them.
