1. Find a story template in the dashboard
From your dashboard, click the menu icon and select Content Vault → Social Media.
Filter by Story Templates, or simply search the word “story” in the search bar to pull up options quickly.
Choose the template you’d like to use
2. Open Instagram and start a new story
Open the Instagram app and tap the “+” button.
At the bottom of the screen, swipe over to Story.
3. Select a background photo
Tap your camera roll in the bottom left and choose a photo to use as your background.
This doesn’t have to match the template exactly—it can be a local photo, a branded image, or anything that visually catches attention.
4. Customize with Instagram stickers or text
Tap the sticker icon (the smiley face inside a square) at the top of the screen.
Add interactive elements like:
Links (e.g., to a guide, lead magnet, or website)
Polls to get quick feedback or engagement
Questions—great for starting conversations with your audience
Tap the text icon (Aa) to add your own custom text
Edit the prompt text accordingly based on the template
Drag and reposition the question box/poll/text as needed
6. Post it to your story
Once your Story looks how you want it, tap “Your Story” in the bottom-left corner to post it.
