How to Use the Email Drip Campaign Generator in Content Studio

The Email Drip Campaign tool creates a ready-to-send email sequence that keeps your email subscribers warm long after they join your list — written in your voice, about your market, and built around one clear goal (like driving Instagram follows). Here's how to use it.

Where to find it

  1. Log in at coffeecontracts.com and click Studio in the left sidebar.

  2. On the Content Studio page, find the Email Drip Campaign card under AI Tools and click it to open the tool.

Before you generate: check your profile

Every Studio tool, including Email Drip Campaign, writes from Your Profile — the content foundation on your profile shown on the right side of the Content Studio page. It's built from a few quick questions about your market, your core client, and how you want to come across, and it's what makes your emails sound like you instead of a template. The more specific your answers, the more personal your emails will feel.

Generate your campaign

  1. Open the Email Drip Campaign tool. The first time you use it (or any time you click Edit Inputs), you'll click Start Questionnaire form to fill out the details of what you're looking to accomplish with the campaign.

  2. Answer the four prompts:

    • Who is the target audience? — for example, "all contacts, contacts who downloaded a resource, etc."

    • What is the goal of this campaign? — choose from the dropdown, like "Stay top of mind, nurture leads"

    • What is one thing you want readers to do? — your single call to action, like "book an appointment"

    • Any specific details to include? (Optional) — anything you want woven in, or leave it blank

  3. Click Generate Email Sequence.

What you'll get

Your campaign generates as an email sequence, spaced out so you stay top of mind without crowding anyone's inbox. Each email card shows:

  • A name and purpose — for example, a warm welcome email, an honest answer to a common client question, a hyper-local market observation, and a low-key check-in

  • A timing badge — when to send it, from "immediately after joining the list", so you can know exactly when to schedule out each message

  • A subject line and full email copy — written in your voice, pulling in your market, niche, and Instagram handle from your profile

Copy, edit, or regenerate

  • Copy an email: click the copy icon in the top right of any email card, then paste it straight into your email platform (Flodesk, Mailchimp, etc.) as part of an automated sequence — or send them one at a time as regular broadcasts on the suggested timeline.

  • Change your answers: click Edit Inputs to reopen the campaign questions and adjust your audience, goal, or call to action, then generate again.

  • Get a fresh take: click Regenerate to create a new version of the sequence using your same inputs.

  • Click Back any time to return to the Content Studio home page.

A few things to know

  • If your emails feel off-voice or too generic, update Your Profile first and then regenerate. The tool can only be as specific as the foundation it's writing from.

  • Email Drip Campaign is currently in beta, so you may see updates and improvements as we go. If something doesn't look right, reach out to support and we'll take a look.
