Some C&C Canva templates feature screenshots of elements from other websites, like Google Maps or a listing on the MLS. In this article, we’ll walk through how to add your own screenshots into your Canva design.

📸 How to Take a Screenshot:

Navigate to the page you'd like to screenshot–that could look like Google Maps, the MLS, Zillow, an industry article, or a market data website.

On Mac:

  1. Using your keyboard, type "Command + Shift + 4".

  2. Your cursor will turn into a crosshair. Click and drag the crosshair to select the area you want to capture. The screenshot will automatically save to your downloads or desktop.

On Windows:

  1. Using your keyboard, type "Windows key + Shift + S" at the same time.

  2. This will open the Snip & Sketch tool, allowing you to select a specific area of the screen to capture. The screenshot will automatically save to your downloads or desktop.

Not using a Windows or Mac?
Google: "How to take a screenshot on [insert type of computer]."
