Here's where the magic happens beyond just templates

So you’ve watched the Welcome and Customizing Your First Post videos, and you’ve posted your first piece of content—amazing! Now let’s build momentum with a simple, strategic path to stay consistent and get organized.


1. Choose your target audience

Decide who you want to focus on first. Are you speaking to:

  • Relocators

  • Local leads

  • Buyers

  • Homeowners

Use the filters inside the Vault to easily find content tailored to each audience.


2. Pick a guide to customize

Once you’ve chosen your audience, select a lead-generating guide that matches:

Follow the step-by-step instructions to customize the guide and set up your landing page.


3. Stay consistent with your content

Focus your social media content on that same audience. The more consistent your messaging, the more recognizable your brand becomes to the people you want to attract.


4. Add your email newsletter

Once you’ve built a rhythm with posting, start nurturing your audience with email. Use the monthly Email Newsletter Template (updated each month in the dashboard) to stay top of mind.


5. Show up on stories

Begin engaging more with Instagram Stories (you can filter to just story templates in the vault). This doesn’t have to be complicated—think:

  • Polls

  • Q&A boxes

  • Asking questions to engage your audience

The goal is to build connection and spark conversations.


6. Grab extra content as you go

Need something for an open house, a just-sold post, or a mailer? Use the Vault as your on-demand library—everything you need is just a few clicks away.
