Each month, we provide a carousel post template called "The Monthly Edit."

While you can use the name "The Monthly Edit" for this monthly series, we recommend changing it to something unique for your brand and/or your city. For example, "The Miami Minute" or "The Tampa Times."

Each guide has placeholder text for you to update such as “City Name” and “@yourinstagramhandle.” You can customize these placeholders in bulk to your own information using Canva’s Find + Replace Feature.

Step one: On the top horizontal toolbar, Choose “File” > “Find and Replace Text” (For a keyboard shortcut use: Command, F)

Step Two: Type “City Name” and replace with your City’s name. Choose “Replace all”

Step Three: Repeat this step with “yourinstagramhandle” & replace it with your own Instagram handle.

Use Google Gemini or ChatGPT to help gather information for the Market Update slide and the Events slide.

Step one: Check your local MLS to gather accurate, recent data and add those numbers into the market stat placeholders (in brackets below)

Step two: Copy and paste this into AI message for the Market Update:

Step three: Use the response to update the “What it means for you?” section and add in your own perspective.
