A green screen video is a feature that allows you to replace the background of your video with any image or video of your choice. In this article, I'll walk you through how to do this!

Step One: Obtain your background image or video
Take a screenshot of the article or text: The easiest way to grab the background content is by taking a screenshot of it on your phone. To take a screenshot on an iPhone press the volume up bottom simultaneously as the power button for a screenshot.
Create a graphic in Canva or utilize a template.
Record a video: Record a b-roll video or screen record on your iPhone.
Step Two: Use the greenscreen filter on Instagram
📲 Open Instagram and swipe right to open the camera.
> At the bottom of the screen click "REEL" to create a reel
On the left, middle of the screen press the down arrow
Click "Green Screen"
Click "Change Background"
Select the image or video you want for your background from your camera roll
Press the Instagram video you're editing at the top to make it full-screen again once you've selected your background.
Use both your thumbs to move yourself around the screen and adjust your size
Record yourself discussing the background object. You can do this by:
1. Press and hold the center button to record yourself talking. you can release the button for multiple clips
2. Clicking the clock at the top of the screen to set a timer
Once you've recorded yourself talking, click "next" and follow the steps to post your reel.
